Vendor Registration is now open for 2010. $25 per vendor space PLUS a door prize. If you wish to participate in the conference AND receive conference materials you MUST register as an attendee in ADDITION to your vendor registration. These are 2 seperate cost. We love including our vendors in the conference experience, but there is a cost involved to do so.
*********VENDORS the low PRICE of $25.00 plus a door prize must end on Jan 31, 2010 - the costs are increasing so the vendor registration must increase, the new price will double to $50.00 plus a door prize; so register early!*********
Last day to register will be June 30, 2010 for ALL vendors (NO Exceptions). Maximum 2 tables allowed. Fee covers 2 people working 1 space and 1 table included. Order additional standard 5ft table for $10 extra & add 1 extra person, bring your own table cloth/ decorations. Only 20 vendor spots available, less spots if 2 tables are ordered. IF you need power, phone lines or special seating YOU MUST indicate so during your registration or it will NOT be available. NO DUPLICATE PRODUCTS. (Lunch is additional $10 per person)
